Deanna is a CPA, shareholder of PMCH and a seasoned Personal
Financial Specialist. She loves working with her clients to build financial independence. Deanna uses her CPA skillset to bring a unique approach to investing and financial planning. She adamantly wants our clients to be prepared for whatever life throws at them.
A Wyoming native and University of Wyoming graduate, she is involved in multiple organizations throughout the community including Blue Envelope Health Fund, Highland Park Community Church and Reveille Rotary.
In her free time, she loves to travel and has a goal to attend all four major tennis tournaments. So far she’s made it to the US Open in New York City. London, Paris, and Melbourne are calling her name.

Jennifer is your day-to-day contact for client needs. With many years as an administrative assistant in the financial industry she is focused on serving our clients. From appointment scheduling to money movement and everything in between, Jennifer is here to see that your needs are met with efficiency and attention to detail.
When she is not at work, she is spending time with her husband, her son, three dogs, two cats and a guinea pig. She looks forward to the summer, as gardening and attending concerts are her favorite ways to unwind.
MATTHEW WELSH

Matt has a passion for helping his client’s build tax-smart “homes” for their financial lives. Matt pairs industry leading tools with PMCH’s personalized approach to investing and financial planning to ensure our clients are receiving the hands-on service they have come to expect and that their financial future deserves.
When not honing his skills as a Financial Advisor or evolving in his role as a husband and father, Matt enjoys the creative side of life found in photography and music. Matt graduated high school as an Eagle Scout in Boy Scout Troop 152 and went on to attend James Madison University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2008. Spend enough time with him and he’s sure to find a way to work his love for Metallica into a conversation on any subject.

Michael is a financial advisor who helps individuals and families make sense of their financial lives and plan for the future with clarity and confidence. Inspired by his father’s legacy in the field, Michael brings a deeply empathetic approach to financial planning, believing that thoughtful guidance can truly change lives. He works closely with clients to build personalized strategies that support long-term goals and financial well-being.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his basset hound, Tootsie, golfing, learning to fly fish and hunt, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of Wyoming. He’s also a proud fan of Texas Tech and Dallas sports teams.
